The FSA works on an operational year commencing 1st September, however, organisations can opt to subscribe at any point during the year with costs calculated on a pro rata basis.
All costs exclude VAT at prevailing GBR rate.
The cost of the licence agreement is charged out pro-rata according to when the
licence is actually taken out. For instance, if the licence is taken out in
June then three months' licence fees apply which equates to one-quarter of the
fees shown above. This pro-rata discount does not apply to the single usage,
and nor does it apply for any period less than three months
